He embodied the answer to this question in the Prolegals project. Prolegals lawyers are not only legal scholars, but also business analysts. Taking orders from the client - Roman studies the processes, activities and financial goals of the company. As a result, each legal decision is a part of the profit, saves from risks and helps the business to develop.

Roman has 10 years of experience. During this time, he:

• took part in more than 1200 court hearings
• advised and supported tax disputes of Odessagaz JSC, namely, represented their interests on the collection of problem debts in the amount of more than UAH 1,500,000,
• advised and supported tax disputes of the Swiss company WebAMG Sarl,
• conducted hundreds of negotiations, thanks to which clients entered into profitable deals,
• represented the interests of enterprises and individuals in state and municipal bodies.
