Yuriy Ilkiv

Yuriy has been practising law since 2019. During this time, he has progressed from a trainee solicitor to the head of the legal department of a group of companies. This diverse experience enables him, now working as a solo practitioner, to effectively combine in-depth legal expertise with a practical understanding of business processes.

Yuriy’s work focuses primarily on corporate, civil and commercial law.

Asset protection. Legal support for the protection of property, finances and intellectual property rights.

Dispute resolution. Pre-litigation and out-of-court procedures (claims handling, mediation); representation in commercial, civil and administrative courts.

Credit relations. Support in the conclusion and performance of credit agreements; dispute resolution with financial institutions; protection of clients’ interests in court.

Real estate and construction. Legal due diligence and support for real estate transactions, registration of property rights, and legal defence in disputes concerning real estate.

Management expertise. Thanks to his experience leading a legal department, Yuriy possesses strong skills in team management and process organisation. He has a strategic vision, is able to structure tasks, ensure their implementation is monitored, and find solutions in conflict situations. This managerial background enhances his current legal practice, enabling him to offer clients systematic and effective approaches.
